Frank K. Wheaton is a prominent U.S. attorney, developer, media specialist, and global citizen. For the past thirty years, Mr. Wheaton’s practice has enjoyed tremendous success based on a celebrity representation platform filled with diversified professional and developmental experience throughout the United States, Caribbean, and in particular, the sub-Saharan African region. 

 

Mr. Wheaton has led a number of initiatives in the areas of politics, economic development, athletics, and entertainment in various parts of the world. His work is primarily focused on humanitarian development coupled with legislative measures to help reshape the lives and environment of the underprivileged. He has traveled extensively throughout the world, spending considerable time in the Great Lakes region of East Africa.

 

Using his renowned celebrity following and vast experience at the forefront of media, Mr. Wheaton has successfully bridged the economic divide and advanced humanitarian goals by inspiring others to venture beyond themselves and to expand their brand by embracing a legacy of humanitarian achievements. 


In addition to his private law practice, Mr. Wheaton is a partner in a boutique media company, FAN Entertainment & Media, LLC, along with author, speaker, and former radio host, Nan O'Brien. Its book publishing division, FAN Publications, will be releasing its first title, Seeking Selwyn, Finding Purpose: How The Murder Of My Nephew, George Floyd Jr., Gave My Life New Meaning in the summer of 2022.

In his early years, Mr. Wheaton was as an athlete. He then enjoyed his role as a broadcaster for NBC and WHUR-FM in Washington, D.C. Subsequently, Mr. Wheaton was the most successful commercial actor in his category in America. While based in New York, he amassed nearly 300 commercials to his credit as a principal, including dozens of national commercials.  He then rose through the sports and entertainment ranks by appearing on major networks creating and developing sports and entertainment firsts, including The First Michael Jordan Celebrity Golf Classic and World’s Fastest Athlete  for ABC’s Wide World of Sports. 

Today, Mr. Wheaton is a sought-after public speaker on a plethora of subjects. Recently, he and the iconic Olympian Bob Beamon were asked to address the distinguished Harvard Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. The two hour presentation included an energetic Q & A that immediately followed.
